Your workspace is the central hub for your team. Configure it properly so your customers and agents have the best experience.

Workspace settings

Go to Settings → Workspace to configure your company name, logo, and timezone. The timezone affects how business hours are calculated and how timestamps appear in conversations.

Business hours

Set your business hours so the AI agent knows when your team is available. Outside business hours, the AI can provide full support, collect information, and escalate urgent issues for follow-up when your team returns.

Team roles

Savena has four roles with different permission levels:

  • Owner — full access to all settings, billing, and team management
  • Admin — can manage channels, integrations, AI agents, and team members
  • Manager — can manage conversations, tickets, contacts, and view reports
  • Agent — can handle conversations and tickets assigned to them

You can change a team member's role at any time from Settings → Users.
