Savena delivers real-time notifications so you never miss an important message or event.
In-app notifications
You receive instant notifications within the app for new messages, conversation assignments, escalations from the AI agent, and ticket updates. A notification badge shows unread counts in the sidebar.
Email notifications
When you are offline or away, Savena can send email notifications for new messages and assignments. Configure your notification preferences from Settings → Notifications.
You can customize which events trigger notifications and choose different settings for when you are online versus offline.
