The Stripe integration brings full Stripe context into Savena. When a customer reaches out, agents and AI agents can see their subscription status, recent charges, and payment history alongside the conversation. Workflows can read and write to Stripe so common billing tasks run automatically without an agent switching tabs.

See subscriptions, plan, recent invoices, payment method status, and lifetime value next to every conversation.
Two-way actions
Read from and write to Stripe directly: refund a charge, cancel or update a subscription, or pull invoice details into a reply.
Workflow triggers and actions
Trigger Savena workflows on Stripe events, and call Stripe from any workflow step to automate billing tasks end-to-end.
AI agent grounding
Give AI agents access to Stripe data so they answer billing questions accurately ("when does my plan renew?", "was my last payment successful?") without escalating.

How to set it up
- 1Open Settings → Integrations in Savena and click Connect on Stripe.

Frequently asked questions
Can the Stripe integration issue refunds?
Yes. Agents can issue refunds from inside the conversation, and workflows can refund automatically when criteria are met. Refunds use the same permissions and limits configured in Stripe.
Does it work with Stripe Billing and Subscriptions?
Yes. Subscriptions, plans, invoices, and upcoming charges are all available in the conversation sidebar and to AI agents and workflows.
Is data synced or pulled on demand?
Conversation context is pulled from Stripe on demand when a conversation is viewed, so it always reflects the current state. Workflows triggered by Stripe events run in real time.
What does the Stripe integration cost?
The integration is included in every Savena plan at no extra cost. Stripe's own processing fees are unaffected.
