AI Assist is a side panel available to agents during conversations. It provides AI-powered writing tools that help you compose better responses faster.

Available actions

  • Draft — generate a full reply based on the conversation context and your knowledge base
  • Improve — enhance the tone and clarity of a message you have already written
  • Expand — make a short message more detailed and thorough
  • Shorten — condense a long message into a concise version
  • Translate — translate your message into the customer's language

How to use it

Open the AI Assist panel from the conversation view. Select an action, and the AI will generate content based on the conversation history and your agent's knowledge base. You can review and edit the suggestion before sending it to the customer.

AI Assist uses your knowledge base to generate accurate responses. The more comprehensive your knowledge base, the better the AI suggestions will be.
