Savena includes a feedback system that lets your team rate AI agent responses. This helps you track how well the AI is performing and identify areas where the knowledge base needs improvement.

How feedback works

When the AI agent sends a message in a conversation, your team can rate the response as good or bad. You can also add a note explaining why the response was helpful or what went wrong. This feedback is tracked in the AI agent analytics.

Agent memory

You can add notes to a contact's profile and flag them as agent memory. When flagged, the AI agent will reference these notes in future conversations with that contact, providing more personalized and context-aware responses.

Review AI feedback regularly in the analytics dashboard to identify gaps in your knowledge base and improve the AI's accuracy over time.
