Facebook Messenger

Connect your Facebook Page to receive and respond to Facebook Messenger conversations from the Savena inbox.

Requirements

  • A Facebook Page for your business
  • Admin access to the Facebook Page
  • A Meta Business account

Setup

Go to Settings → Channels → Facebook and click "Connect Facebook". Authorize Savena to access your Page and Messenger conversations. Once connected, Messenger messages will appear in your unified inbox.

Supported message types

  • Text messages
  • Images and videos
  • Audio messages
  • File attachments

Facebook Messenger conversations appear alongside all your other channels in the unified inbox. Your team can respond to Messenger, WhatsApp, email, and live chat messages from the same interface.
