Instagram Direct Messages

Connect your Instagram business or creator account to receive and respond to Instagram Direct Messages from the Savena inbox.

Requirements

• An Instagram Business or Creator account
• A connected Facebook Page
• Admin access to the Facebook Page

Setup

Go to Settings → Channels → Instagram and click "Connect Instagram". You will be guided through Instagram Business Login to authorize Savena. Once connected, Instagram DMs will appear in your unified inbox alongside other channels.

Supported message types

Savena supports text messages, images, story replies, and story mentions from Instagram. You can reply with text and images directly from the inbox.
