Integrations Overview
Last updated 2026-05-01
Savena integrates with popular business tools so you can access external data and take actions without leaving the inbox. Integration actions are available to your team, AI agents, and workflows.
Available integrations
- Shopify — view orders, track shipments, process returns
- HubSpot — sync contacts, view CRM data, update deal stages
- Zendesk — create and sync tickets between platforms
- Stripe — check payment status, view invoices, process refunds
Setting up an integration
Go to Settings → Integrations and click the platform you want to connect. Authorize the connection, then choose which actions you want available in your workspace. You can enable or disable specific actions at any time.
Action risk levels
Each integration action has a risk level that determines how it is executed:
- Low — read-only actions like looking up an order or checking payment status. These can run automatically.
- Medium — actions that make changes, such as updating a record. May require confirmation.
- High — irreversible actions like processing a refund or canceling an order. These should require confirmation or human approval.
Execution modes
- Automatic — the action runs immediately without any confirmation
- Confirm with contact — the customer is asked to confirm before the action executes
AI agent access
When you enable integration actions for your AI agents, the AI can look up order information, check payment status, or perform other integration actions during a conversation — all without human intervention. You can control which actions are exposed to the AI and which require human oversight.
Workflow integration
Integration actions can be used in workflows via the Run Action step. Map workflow variables to action parameters, configure confirmation messages, and handle success and failure paths. This lets you automate complex multi-step processes that involve external systems.
Set appropriate execution modes based on risk level. Low-risk read actions can run automatically, but high-risk actions like refunds should always require confirmation.
